Mike, a native Texan, is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has been a licensed insurance agent since 1976. He first became an independent agency owner in Brady, Texas and moved to Austin in the 80’s. Mike specializes in commercial and personal lines property & casualty insurance.

Chase Pennington – Agent

Chase is the son of Mike Pennington and is a graduate of Texas Tech University. After completing his degree he moved to Austin to join his wife, Jordan, and pursue his career. In early 2009 he made the move to join his father's agency. He is a licensed agent and can assist you with your personal and commercial property and casualty insurance needs.

Bryan D Penn, CIC, CRM, LUTCF – Agent

Bryan is a native Austinite. Upon graduating from the University of Texas at Austin business school in 1982, he became a licensed agent. His Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow designation was received in 1987. Bryan earned the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor in 1990 and Certified Risk Manager in 1998. He can assist with commercial and personal property & casualty coverage. He can also help with your long term care, assisted living, home health care, personal life, and business life coverage.

Susan Little – Accredited Customer Service Representative

Susan grew up in Austin and has lived in the area for more than 35 years. First working with Mike Pennington and Bryan Penn in the mid 90's, Susan has returned to work in Personal Insurance. Susan has earned the designation of Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and is knowledgeable in all of the Personal lines areas. Susan and her family currently live in Cedar Park, Texas.
